A morning with Chef Christophe Pulizzi IMMERSION IN THE KITCHENS OF THE OLIVIER

WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY:
Experience a half-day in the shoes of a chef! Arrive at 8:00 a.m. at the Sévan Parc Hôtel, for a welcome coffee.

Departure at 8:30 a.m. with the chef, heading to the producers' market to choose the products of the day. Return to the Olivier restaurant and set up the service. Immerse yourself in the world of gastronomy, with the Olivier team.

12:30 p.m. end of service for you, it's time to have lunch at the chef's table in the heart of the kitchen and discover the "discovery" menu.

In the winter season, truffle farmers take out their truffle dogs and plunge into the heart of the oaks. The walk is pleasant for everyone. The harvest is a story of trust and cooperation between the dogs and their master.

The baskets fill up while your eyes enjoy this captivating spectacle offered by this Provencal setting at the foot of the Luberon massif.
