Experience a half-day in the shoes of a chef! Arrive at 8:00 a.m. at the Sévan Parc Hotel for a welcome coffee.
Departure at 8:30 a.m. with the chef, heading to the farmers' market to select the day's produce. Return to the Olivier restaurant and set up the service. Immerse yourself in the world of gastronomy with the Olivier team.
At 12:30 p.m., service ends for you; it's time for lunch at the chef's table in the heart of the kitchen and discover the "discovery" menu.
