For almost fifty years, the Sévan Parc Hôtel has been a place to live, meet people and share memories. Born of a family adventure and shaped over generations, it embodies the art of Provençal-style entertaining, with a subtle balance between tradition, elegance and conviviality.
A family affair since 1975
In 2025, the Sévan Parc Hôtel celebrated 50 years of history, shared memories and memorable moments. The adventure began in 1975, when Jacques Hairabian decided to invest in this then untouched land with a clear vision: to create a place to live, to welcome and to share. Year after year, driven by passion and determination, he shaped the do ma ine and gave birth to a renowned hotel, today comprising 47 rooms and a two-hectare park planted with trees.
In 1981, he opened the restaurant L’Olivier, followed by La Paillote in 1986, enriching the culinary experience offered to customers. In 1983, the creation of Le Christopher nightclub added a festive dimension to the estate. When he died in 2003, his three children – Christophe, Stéphane and Olivier – naturally took over the reins of the family business.
Today, the Sévan Parc Hôtel continues this family heritage, with the same high standards of quality, the same sense of welcome and the same desire to create lasting memories.
