Chef Christophe Pulizzi has created a unique culinary experience, with a gourmet dinner based entirely on the local diamond: the black Luberon truffle.
Each dish highlights the truffle with precision and subtlety, respecting its character, its deep aromas and its nobility. Conceived as a true sensory voyage, this experience is an invitation to discover truffles in all their facets.

Immersion in the kitchens
Experience an exceptional morning with Chef Christophe Pulizzi. From 8.00 am to 3.00 pm, go behind the scenes of the L’Olivier restaurant and discover the daily life of a gastronomic brigade, as close as possible to the gestures, products and rhythm of the service.
On the programme for this unique immersion experience: departure for the market with the Chef, total immersion at the heart of the brigade, observation of the service in real time, then lunch at the Chef’s Table, to savour the “A contre- courant” experience.
