Both immersive and gastronomic, this unique interlude combines the discovery of cavage, the transmission of authentic know-how and the tasting of truffle dishes devised by Chef Christophe Pulizzi.

Programme

  • Welcome at 9.00 am at the L’Olivier restaurant with a gourmet coffee (pastries, fruit juices, teas and coffees).
  • 9.45am: departure for the truffle field and discovery of truffle digging alongside truffle growers
  • Discuss growing truffles with Magali
  • Cavage demonstration with Didier and his truffle dog
  • Lunchtime aperitif on site – all included

Chef Christophe Pulizzi’s truffle cuisine invites you to take a gourmet tour: truffle pizzas, truffled mushroom velouté, truffled mimosa eggs, gourmet tartines, pan-fried truffled foie gras, meats sublimated by truffles, creamy risotto, truffled brie, truffled pastry puffs… and many other surprises inspired by the Chef.

It’s the ideal way to learn about the world of truffles and understand their richness.
